vTiger CRM.
From the release notes:
vTiger is an open source web-based customer relationship management system that competes with applications like Saleslogix, Goldmine, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com. It allows you to track leads and contacts with customers and has a Windows plugin that allows you to integrate directly with MS Office.
